TOKU Announces New Premieres, Including the U.S. Premiere of Ultraseven X
West Palm Beach, FL – May 17, 2017 – TOKU, the only 24/7 live and on demand television network dedicated to eye-catching anime, popular live-action titles and cult classics from Asia dubbed into English, announced the U.S. premiere of the highly anticipated tokusatsu television series, Ultraseven X on Monday, June 5, 2017.
Weekdays at 7 p.m. EST, TOKU will feature back-to-back episode of Ultraseven X. This 12-episode Japanese television series follows the story of a powerful and mysterious red and silver giant whose main mission is to protect mankind from the Shadow Rulers, an evil alien species who threatens to conquer the planet and destroy humanity.

Produced by Tsuburaya Productions, Ultraseven X features incredible young talent including actors Eriku Yoza and Saki Kagami. Directed by Takeshi Yagi, the 21st installment of the Ultra series pays tribute to the 1967 classic, Ultra Seven. In addition, Ultraseven X is considered to be the first title in the Ultra series to be intended for an adult audience. TOKU will feature all 30-minute episodes subtitled in English. The final episode is scheduled to premiere on Monday, June 12, 2017.
In addition, on June 5, 2017, TOKU will feature the network premiere of Queen’s Blade: The Wandering Warrior, an exciting anime series starring Atsuko Tanaka and directed by Kinji Yoshimoto. Every Monday at 10 p.m. EST, this 12-episode series will follow the adventures of a group of young women who compete in a fighting tournament hoping become the next Queen. TOKU will air all 30-minute episodes subtitled in English. The final episode is scheduled to premiere on Monday, August 21, 2017.
