The new distribution agreement offers Consolidated Communications customers in Houston, TX, Mankato, MN, Mattoon, IL, Pittsburgh, PA and Roseville, CA, access to TOKU’s bold and exciting lineup of unmatched entertainment from China, Japan, Thailand and South Korea.
